Yttrium oxalate, Y2(C2O4)3

Yttrium oxalate, Y2(C2O4)3.9H2O, is obtained by double decomposition as a white, crystalline precipitate.

The only stable yttrium potassium oxalate at 25° has the formula Y2(C2O4)3.4K2SO4.12H2O, and is decomposed by water. Fig. shows the solubility diagram, as determined by Pratt and James.
